It’s the function of a dedicated house manager — delivered as a professional service rather than a full-time hire. We coordinate vendor access, manage household staff scheduling, facilitate communication between you and your service professionals, and notify you when work is complete along with photographs and available receipts. Ongoing and recurring staff coordination lives here. You retain full control: you approve all work and pay directly. Palm & Porter does not employ, supervise, or render any opinion on the quality of vendor or staff work — that determination always rests with you.

Palm & Porter is designed to serve homeowners insured with premier carriers including Chubb, PURE, Vault, and AIG Private Client Group. Our inspection documentation —timestamped reports, geotagged photographs, and written condition records — is designed to support the oversight standards these carriers expect for high-value and seasonally unoccupied properties. We recommend confirming your specific requirements directly with your carrier.

We notify you immediately and provide our observations with photographs. For clients on our House Manager on Demand tier, we coordinate vendor access, facilitate communication with your approved service professionals, and provide photographs and available receipts upon completion. All approvals and payments remain in your hands.
-
